Welcome, I’m Franklando Calrissian, I’m the administrator of this facility…

Bo Shuda everybody! Thank you for joining Lego Star Wars Club, deviantART’s dedicated Lego Star Wars Group, a place where fans and artists can exclusively submit, view and drool over everything Lego Star Wars = the very best combination of toy goodness in the galaxy!

Now we are just two weeks old as a group and we are already celebrating recruiting our 100th member from sunny Madrid in Spain = Hola Maria! Welcome to the group!

To help celebrate and to welcome Maria as our 100th member, I thought it would be fun to take a quick look at all our profiles (yes, all 100 of them!) and see where we all are located in the world…

So our group, which is made up from 69 Lukes and 31 Leias, is spread out across the galaxy as follows:

Argentina, Australia (3), Brazil (2), Canada (4), Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica (2), France, Germany (3), Holland, Hungary (2), Indonesia (3), Italy, Ireland, Japan (2), Lithuania, New Zealand, Norway (2), Poland, Romania, Spain (2), Ukraine, United Kingdom (13), U.S.A. (49), and Vietnam!

As you can see we truly are an international group = the love of Star Wars and little plastic bricks clearly binds the 100 of us and the rest of the galaxy together!

As always, please feel free to invite your friends to join us and please submit ALL your Lego Star Wars deviations so we can make this one of the most comprehensive Lego Star Wars fan gallery in the Republic.

You're comments and suggestions for running the group would also be really appreciated. I will write another mind-blowingly awesome blog for you all soon, which will explain our super-simple submissions process and gallery listings (now that I have finally worked out how to do it!)
